Annual Day Programme
Thirugnanam International Senior Secondary School, Srimushnam witnessed the spectacular 6th Annual Day celebration highlighting the diverse skills of its students on 10.01.2026 (Saturday) from 4.00 p.m. Traditionally, the celebration began with the 'Thamizhthai Vazthu' followed by the lighting of holy lamps. After the gathering was welcomed by the teacher Miss.S.Sivapriya, M.A.,B. Ed., principal Mrs. Linda Alexander M. A., B. Ed., presented the annual report of the school. Subsequently, the Guest of Honour, Dr. Kanur K. Balasundaram M.A., M. Ed., Ph.D., Chairman of Thirugnanam International School honoured all the dignitaries on the stage presenting shawls snd mementoes and delivered the presidential address introducing the new and meaningful concept 'Paradigm Shift'. The Special Guest, Professor Dr. R. Gnanadevan, Ph. D., Former Member of Syndicate, Registerer and Dean, Annamalai University Chidambaram, in his special address, underlined the very importance of education in the modern world. After felicitating the academic achievers and 100% attendees for the academic year 2025-26 in the presence of the Vice-Chairman, Mrs. Anbumathy Balasundaram B. Sc., the Chief Guest, Professor Dr. N. Panchanathan, Ph. D., Vive-Chancellor, Gandhigram Rural Institute, Deemed to be University, Dindigul, delivered his unique speech insisting the need of moral values to the present young generation. In continuation of it, colourful, exciting and enthralling cultural programmes were presented by the students of various grades in the presence of a huge gathering. In deed, each presentation brought the spectators to the edge of seats and deserved great appreciation. The enchanting celebration culminated with the vote of thanks presented by the teacher Mrs. Pushpa, M. Sc., B. Ed.
